The catering form

When you request a catering quote, we collect your name, email, phone number, the event type, date, time and address, the number of guests, what you want to order, how you heard about us, and whether propane is allowed at the venue. We use it to prepare your quote and contact you about your event.

The job application

When you apply for a job, we collect the location you choose, your name, email, phone number, whether you are 18 or older, whether you have reliable transportation, whether you have restaurant experience, your comment and your resume if you upload one. We use it to review your application.

Where it goes

Form submissions go to El Güero Canelo's own email and a Google Sheet that El Güero Canelo controls. We do not sell them.

To keep out spam, the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the form.

Google Ads tag and cookies

This site uses the Google Ads tag. It sets cookies so we can see whether our ads lead to visits, calls, orders and form requests. Google handles that data under its own policies. How Google uses data from sites that use its services

The site also remembers your language and your store in your own browser. That stays on your device. On the locations page, the "find my nearest store" button asks your phone for your location once, uses it only to sort the three stores, and does not store or send it.

Online ordering

Online orders are placed on our ordering partner’s site, nxorders.com, under its own privacy policy.
